At Defect Assist we understand that costs are very important, so we have come up with the following options on fees for our clients.
Once we have done the initial FREE desk top assessment and we think you have a valid defect under the warranty policy or your developer’s obligations within the first 2 years, you can then choose the service right for you.
If you choose one of the services then decide you need more help, you can upgrade to the level that you need and we’ll discount this from what you have already paid.

- Max 3 calls (3 hrs total)

- Face to face meeting at your home to discuss issues
